UPGRADE TO NETTELLER SECURITY
Thank you for selecting The Farmers State Bank and our NetTeller product for your Online Banking needs. We are pleased to make this convenient and secure product available to you. As use of the Internet and online services increases so do the risks of identity theft and other cybercrimes.
In order to provide you with the safest and most secure product available an additional phase of security has been added to your account. You will be asked to choose from a number of images. Once you have made your selection you should see your chosen image each time that you log on to your account.
You will notice that the password field is no longer on our homepage. Once you have entered your USER ID a second page will come up for your password. After successfully entering your password you will be asked to select an image. This image will be displayed every time that you log on to NetTeller. You may also be asked to re-select your security questions if it has been more than 180 days since the last time you selected them.
If you are a Bill Pay user you will also be asked to authorize any transaction over $1,000.00 by answering your security questions.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE - COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS
All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. The term "noninterest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market deposit accounts.

Complete the application, sign it, and bring it into the bank, or fax it to us at 970-842-5105 or 970-345-2935, or mail it to us at P.O. Box 324, Brush, CO 80723 or P.O. Box 300, Akron, CO 80720.
You may also come into the bank and pick up an Application and Agreement in person, or request them by phone or mail. Once we receive your SIGNED application, we will process your application and get your User ID and Password to you right away.
