You may not use your Farmers State Bank account in connection with any business of placing, receiving or otherwise knowingly transmitting bets or wagers by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the Internet, or for any other transaction which is prohibited by Federal Reserve Regulation GG - Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006.

Complete the application, sign it, and bring it into the bank, or fax it to us at 970-842-5105 or 970-345-2935, or mail it to us at P.O. Box 324, Brush, CO 80723 or P.O. Box 300, Akron, CO 80720.
You may also come into the bank and pick up an Application and Agreement in person, or request them by phone or mail. Once we receive your SIGNED application, we will process your application and get your User ID and Password to you right away.

The Main Bank is located at 200 Clayton St. and is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The Drive-Up Facility is located at 205 Carson and is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Friday.IN AKRONThe Main bank is located at 101 Main Ave. and is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.The Drive-up Window is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
TEMPORARY LIQUIDITY GUARANTEE PROGRAM
The Farmers State Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010 all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
PHISHING ALERT
We have been notified of a recent scam in which customers and non-customers of The Farmers State Bank are being sent an email asking to update their personal information via a link that will take the user to a site that is NOT Farmers State Bank's .
Please know that The Farmers State Bank will NEVER send you an email asking for your personal information. If you receive an email asking you to provide personal and/or sensitive information, DO NOT CLICK on any link and DO NOT SEND the information.
